Walk-ins allowed only if an RSVP slot is already confirmed.

- Two forms of ID (one must be a state-issued photo ID, voter ID, SS card, etc)  
- FRN or valid call sign (SSNs no longer accepted)  
- Copy of current license and any unposted CSCEs

- No Testing Fee with this group
