Area 51 Group Testing date.

Test Session Notice - Please pass along to anyone that is interested in testing. 
ARE YOU READY TO TEST?
THE NEXT AMATEUR RADIO LICENSING TEST SESSION AT AREA 51 WILL BE SATURDAY, JUNE 15, 2024 AT 9:00 AM.
Anyone interested in testing will need to pre-register. Brian, KG5VEK, is the point of contact for pre-registration and can be reached at area51radiogroupms@gmail.com.
Cost to test will be $15. Please bring cash. Checks or credit cards will NOT be accepted.
You will need your FRN number, a valid email address, and a photo ID on test day. See the links below regarding how to apply for your FRN number and how to pay the FCC application fee. The application fee of $35 will be paid directly to the FCC for new operators after you have earned your license. Upgrades are not subject to the $35 FCC fee.

May Meeting

NEMRA Members,

I hope this email finds you well and in good health. Just a friendly reminder about the monthly meeting tonight at 6:30 pm. Topics of discussion will be recent events in amateur radio, the assignments and roles for Field Day 24, and purchasing a new club radio. 

We've been missing a few of our regulars the last few months and we hope to see you all there.
