Good Evening all.
Our February meeting is closely approaching and will be on Tuesday February 13th, 2018. There is a conflict with the Fulton City Hall Board Room and we will be meeting in a different location. We will be meeting in the conference room in the Davis C Cole Student Services building located on West Main Street at the corner of Mississippian Street in Fulton on the Itawamba Community College campus. We have the room reserved from 6 PM to 8 PM. Due to the time restraint we will begin the meeting at 6:30 PM and try and be out by 8 PM. We will discuss the conflict for the usual meeting place at this meeting. Also this is a food and drink free setting so please accommodate by bring no food or drink. And there is no smoking on the campus property. There is a canteen inside the same building and I understand that there is food available for one price. if you want to come early and take advantage of that.
Due to the uncertainty of accommodations for presentations etc, the program is still being determined but probably something with a handout etc.
For those who have not paid their yearly dues ($25) please see Curtis Tate (AK5CT) if you need to take care of that.
